Paella

Here ’s how



  1. In the paella pan add 2 tbs olive oil then add the chicken and chorizo partially cook untilgolden brown And once cooked separate into a plate

  2. In the same paella pan add the rest of the olive oil. Then add rice, garlic and onion for twominute on high heat and mix. Then the tomato pure turmeric paprika salt and pepper totaste and at the end put the saffron just info to bring the flavor out making be sure it does notburn (seconds).

  3. Add the stock then place the chicken and the chorizo evenly throughout the pan check forsalt and pepper if needed (from here on do not mix place the other ingredients evenlythroughout the pan in the corresponding order.

  4. Add the green peas or green beans Place the artichoke throughout the pan evenly or asparagus finally add the mixture or greenred and yellow pepper ( do not mix place the ingredients).

  5. Wait for 10 minutes and place the sea food evenly throughout the pan evenly.

  6. 10 more minutes and the paella is done let it sit for 5 to cool and it is ready to serve 7 Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley

Important to follow the steps because the cooking time for the ingredients varies

Orange Chicken

Here ’s how



  1. Add all the ingredients I a bowl and beat for 3min.

  2. Add the olive oil slowly as your beating.

  3. Then place the chickens in the marinate refrigerate a day before.

  4. Add 3 lb. of charcoal to the charcoal starter. When ready drop in the oven.

  5. Place the chicken in the skewer.

  6. After 25 min turn from top to bottom and 35 min they are ready.


Helpful notes


Make sure you rotate the skewers for and even cook If desired add orange sweet and sower sauce at the end of the process Important to put a pan to collect the grease in the center of the oven and moving the coals tothe outer part inside the oven.

Pescado frito

Here ’s how



  1. Make sure the fish are fresh, washed and dried placed on a sheet pan.

  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika the place back in the frig .

  3. Prepare salad for tostada, cut lettuce fine, cut radishes into wedges toss.

  4. Mexican Sause tomato, unions, cilantro serrano peppers.

  5. Cut in half and deshell 4 avocados (add lemon juice).

  6. Add the 4 fish and 3 1/2 min add turn them 3 min set to a side and repeat the same process with the other four fish

  7. Fire the Aillen stove set the disc add the oil and wait for it to be at 400 degree

  8. ,Place the two prepared tostada with the fish and garnish. Place the two prepared tostada with the fish and garnish. .


Helpful notes


Three min before you serve prepare the tostadas on the plate, then place the fish and garnish have everything ready timing is essential.

Pork Ribs

Here ’s how



  1. Add all ingridiant in a bowl and mix for thee minuts.

  2. Add the olive oil slowly when mixing .

  3. place the ribs in the marinade for 24 hours in the frig.

  4. Next day place the ribs though the skuers and place in the Aillen oven .

  5. After 25 min turn them around.

  6. After an hour of total cooking time take out and baste with the sauce.


Helpful notes

 

Make sure you rotate the kebobs for and even cook
If desired add barbeque sauce at the end of the process’
Important to put a pan to collect the grease in the center of the oven and moving the coals to the outer part inside the oven.

Chutnee

Here ’s how



  1. Add the mustard olive to a pan sauté 
    Pepper, bay leaf, panchfforon (sauté)

  2. Add the chopped mangos salt and a teaspoon of turmeric
    Cook for 15 min approx


  3. Add the cup of water bring to a boil the add a cup of sugar


  4. Add the cup of water bring to a boil the add a cup of sugar


  5. Cook until it reduces by 50%

  6. Add the Matsala, the taosted ponchreone and the chopped peppers.


Helpful notes

 

Thhis can also be be done with tomatoes, Tamarind and plums.
